How do I return an item I ordered online?
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry! We work hard to pack your items carefully, but sometimes accidents happen. Please reach out to email@example.com with photos of your damaged items. We will resend your order immediately.
You do not need to mail your damaged item back to us.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we only ship within the United States. We are working to be able to ship internationally and hope to do so very soon!
How quickly do you respond to a customer service question?
